Spanglish

I found this whole movie... unsettling. It was just hard to watch it all play out - knowing that there wasn't one person in the movie that I loved, or that I hated, or that I blamed. And it rang true that when life doesn't seem to be working out as smoothly as it had previously, one shiny little moment - however artificial or fleeting - can make you believe that perfection is still attainable, just with someone new. But then you're only chasing - (rainbows, dragons?) - something that wasn't meant to be more than a moment, forever. And that's unsettling... On a critical note, Sandler had better watch out, he's starting to impress me.
